HighLevel Pricing Explained (2026): Plans and True Monthly Cost

HighLevel publishes four plans. Billed monthly; no yearly plan listed (checked Nov 4, 2026). Founder is the current name for the tier formerly called Agency Pro.

- Unlimited ($297/mo): unlimited sub-accounts, with phone and email rebilled to clients at cost.
- Founder ($497/mo): adds SaaS Mode and rebilling with markup.
- Enterprise (custom): adds premium support, the White Label Mobile App and HIPAA.
The true monthly cost: usage fees
Usage-based charges (phone, email, SMS and AI) are billed on top of the plan fee. HighLevel publishes the current rates on its own pricing page (see its usage pricing links). We don't quote those rates here.
Reviews on Capterra and complaints filed with the BBB mention wallet auto-recharge, so check your usage settings.

What it really costs each month
Your monthly bill is the plan fee plus three kinds of extra cost:
- Plan choice: Starter $97/mo (3 sub-accounts), Unlimited $297/mo (unlimited sub-accounts) or Founder $497/mo (adds SaaS Mode and rebilling with markup), per HighLevel's pricing page. Pick by how many client sub-accounts you need, and whether you plan to resell.
- Usage: phone, email and SMS are billed by use, on top of the plan fee. Rates are on HighLevel's pricing page. We don't quote them.
- AI: AI usage is billed separately, and AI Employee add-ons are listed in the add-on table above. AI usage rates are on HighLevel's pricing page.
- Add-ons: per-sub-account items (for example SEO, Listings, WhatsApp) grow with your client count. See the table above.
To estimate your bill, add the plan fee, then the add-ons multiplied by the number of sub-accounts, then expected usage priced from HighLevel's current rates.

Which plan should I choose?
Starter covers up to 3 sub-accounts. Unlimited removes the sub-account cap. Founder is the tier with SaaS Mode.
