What's included
HighLevel lists these core features on every plan: website and funnel builder, CRM and pipelines, email and SMS, calling, workflows, calendars, forms and surveys, social planner, ad manager, reputation management, payments and invoicing, courses, communities, a mobile app, an API, and AI tools. Email, SMS, calling and AI are usage-based.
Who it suits
- Agencies that want one platform for client CRM, funnels, messaging and booking.
- Agencies that plan to resell under their own brand (SaaS Mode on Founder).
Who should look elsewhere
- Sales teams that only need a pipeline CRM. A per-user CRM like Close or Nutshell may cost less (see alternatives).
- Course-first creators may prefer a course platform (see course platforms).
Is it worth it?
It depends on how many tools it replaces for you and on your usage costs. Usage-based charges (phone, email, SMS and AI) are billed on top of the plan fee. HighLevel publishes the current rates on its own pricing page (see its usage pricing links). We don't quote those rates here. Reviews on Capterra and the BBB mention billing surprises from wallet auto-recharge. We make no promises about results or revenue.
