How the pricing models differ
HubSpot sells separate hubs and tiers. Its paid Marketing Hub tiers are $20/mo per seat (Starter), $890/mo billed monthly or $800/mo billed annually (Professional, 3 seats) and $3,600/mo (Enterprise, 5 seats), and the upper tiers list one-time onboarding fees. HighLevel lists flat plan tiers from $97/mo, plus usage-based charges.
Questions to answer before you choose
- How many client accounts or locations do you need to run?
- Do you need to resell under your own brand?
- Which usage-based costs (SMS, email, calls) apply, and who pays them?
Comparisons use each vendor's own published pricing. They are not statements by HighLevel, and the other vendors may describe their plans differently.
